Julieta is a Mexican lawyer with a master’s degree in finance environmental law and public policy. She began her legal career in Mexico in 2012, working as a corporate lawyer, immigration lawyer, and finance lawyer. Throughout her professional journey, she has also gained experience in various legal fields, including environmental law, civil law, tax law, commercial law, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and business management. This diverse background has helped her develop a range of skills such as management, negotiation, customer service, mediation, and organizational skills.

In October 2022, Julieta moved to the United States. Before joining Bott & Associates, she worked at a legal organization that focused on providing immigration legal services. In that role as a legal assistant, she managed the U Visa/VAWA department, handling a variety of tasks such as managing U Visa, T Visa, and VAWA cases, preparing paperwork, liaising with government agencies to follow up on cases, providing customer service, and translating and explaining legal responses to clients, among other responsibilities.

Bott and Associates has been immensely helpful in preparing our estate plans for our family, even during the current pandemic situation.
