Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Estate planning for our family was a deeply personal and overwhelming process, with decisions about how assets, responsibilities, and legacy will be handled in the future. That’s why finding the right firm was so important, and I’m incredibly grateful we found ours.

From the beginning, Bott & Associates stood out as exceptional. They took the time to truly understand our family dynamics and what mattered most to us. What is often an overwhelming and complex process was presented in a way that felt clear, straightforward, and surprisingly approachable. They broke everything down into simple, easy-to-understand steps, making it all feel manageable — even comforting — while we were planning for the future. Most importantly, they gave us confidence that we had lawyers who genuinely cared, were deeply knowledgeable, and were committed to protecting our family’s best interests.

As life evolved and revisions were needed due to changes in our family or circumstances, Maritess Bott was right there, guiding us once again with patience and clarity. She didn’t just update documents — she again educated us on our options, helping us feel confident and informed every step of the way. When we shared sensitive information, Ms. Bott handled it with the utmost care and discretion. It was clear from the start that there’s little she hasn’t encountered in her many years of estate planning experience. Her calm, confident approach immediately put us at ease. There’s also a genuine warmth in how she and her team work — at every touchpoint, they made us feel not just like clients, but like family. Their professionalism is matched by their compassion — a rare and much-appreciated combination.

I can’t recommend Bott & Associates highly enough, for their integrity, care, and true expertise.
