Yizzy began her career in Medicaid in 2010 as a caseworker for the State of Indiana. She later advanced to the role of State Eligibility Coach, where she supervised a team of caseworkers to ensure that state case metrics were met. After that, she managed a caseload of 150 cases at a local office, which included handling hearings and appeals.
In 2013, Yizzy transitioned to Estate Planning, working as a Legal Assistant and Medicaid Consultant. Over the past 15 years, her experience has enabled her to assist non-profit organizations, nursing communities, and elder law attorneys in securing Medicaid benefits for a diverse range of applicants.
In addition to Medicaid Planning, Yizzy also helps establish Medicaid Compliant Annuities and Funeral Expense Trusts.
Hobbies: Spending time with family, cooking, and being outdoors.
